Registered Nurses are an integral part of the healthcare system, providing patients with critical care and assisting doctors and physicians in all types of medical procedures. As a Registered Nurse, you are responsible for recording a patient’s medical information, monitoring and tracking vital signs, administering medication, monitoring patient recovery and progress, and educating patients and their families on disease prevention and post-hospital treatment. Qualifications
- Must have passed the NCLEX exam for Registered Nurses
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate reports and records
- Record patient medical information
- Monitor and track vital signs
- Administer medications to patients and monitor reactions
- Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients’ responses and conditions
- Coordinate with other members of a healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
- Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity
