Qualifications
- Must have passed the NCLEX exam for Registered Nurses
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with other members of a healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
- Record patient medical information
- Maintain accurate reports and records
- Monitor and track vital signs
- Administer medications to patients and monitor reactions
- Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients’ responses and conditions
- Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity
